Giant's new Click & Collect on-line order service goes live
The worlds biggest bike maker and Whiteroom have launched an online bike service called 'Click & Collect' to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Our goal was to bring the Giant brand, customers and dealers closer together through online services. Giant recognise that consumers are changing their purchasing habits and want to give them the pleasure of browsing and buying from their local dealers at any time of day, from any connected device.
Whiteroom have designed a webiste for the consumer to engage with every product in the service. They can explore hi-res images and get close to all the detail, watch videos, read reviews, book test-rides and share product information with others.
To launch this new service, Whiteroom have produced marketing material for magazines, online advertising and viral videos.
