GBS Websites
The new Giant Brand Stores required individual websites, which Whiteroom were happy to develop.
We were initially asked to create 3 brand store websites and an overall generic site to link through to them. The sites had to all follow the same style template, but retain elements of individuality; they also had to link into the Giant UK product and news databases.
Giant were extremely pleased that we were able to deliver on all of their requirements by their specified deadline date. The sites are cleverly integrated with the UK databases, while also allowing for local content to be spliced into the feeds via a custom management area. Better search and filtering facilities enable users faster access to products, and provide them with advanced functionality.
Since going live, Giant have commissioned a further 3 store sites - and they plan to launch even more in the future.
